This eco-tour is truly a treat for nature lovers. The Lucayan National Park is home to Ben's Cave, an underwater cave system that is one of the most extensive in the world. Across the street is Gold Rock Creek housing the five ecosystems of Grand Bahama Island.
The Arawak Indians lived in these caves before Christopher Columbus "discovered" the islands of the Bahamas. Two of the caves, which can be seen at the points where the land collapsed, make for an eerie visit. In addition, we will give you the finest overview on the history of Grand Bahama Island.
