All Lucaya Watersports & Tours sales/tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, if you are unable to do the tour for personal reasons, we will honor your ticket for up to 1 YEAR after purchase date.

Yes. All tours are weather permitting, therefore, if your tour was canceled due to bad weather, we will happily refund you by the method of payment you used at purchase.

No. Lucaya Watersports & Tours does not provide transportation for our tours unless stated in the description.

Yes, Lucaya Watersports & Tours is operates business everyday 9am - 5pm EST, weather permitting.

At Lucaya Watersports, we offer a variety of tours and activities that cater to families and individuals visiting Grand Bahama Island. Our pricing is structured based on age categories to ensure everyone can enjoy our services. An adult ticket is priced for guests who are 13 years old and up. Child pricing applies to guests between the ages of 6 to 12 years.

It is important to note that our snorkeling tour has a specific age requirement; children must be at least 8 years old to participate in snorkeling. Therefore, the child pricing for the snorkeling tour applies to children aged 8 to 12 years.
